Your files

PDF, video, audio and image tools

The files you upload are processed on our server in a unique temporary folder, then automatically deleted as soon as processing ends, together with the result. We do not keep them, look at them or use them for any other purpose. Transfers use HTTPS.

Design and Data tools

These tools (gradients, palettes, favicon, CSV, JSON, YAML, XML…) run entirely in your browser: your files and data are never sent to our servers.

Your responsibility

Only upload files you have the right to process. Avoid including third parties' sensitive data without a legal basis.

Other data we process

Server logs

Like any website, our server records the IP address, date, requested page and browser for each request. These logs are used only for security and to keep the service running (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are kept for 12 months at most. They do not contain the content of your files.

Contact form and emails

When you write to us, we receive your name, email, subject, message, and the date and IP address of submission (to prevent abuse). This data is used only to reply to you (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and is kept for 3 years at most after our last exchange.

Third-party services

We use no analytics tools, no targeted advertising and no social media pixels. We do not sell or rent any data.

Where your data is processed

As our servers and company are located in the United States, the data described above is processed there. We limit collection to what is strictly necessary and protect data with appropriate technical measures.

Your rights

In the European Union and the United Kingdom: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to your country's data protection authority.

In the United States: depending on your state (e.g. California), you may request to know, correct or delete your data. We do not sell or “share” your data within the meaning of the CCPA.

To exercise your rights: [email protected] or the contact form. We reply within one month at most.

Children

The service is not specifically aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from people under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date appears at the top of the page. See also our terms of use and cookie policy.
